I wish "intellectual" property were as all-encompassing in that sense as "brand equity" types claim to believe it is in their own far less meritorious senses, Jaded!

Well I'm listed as the current owner of the multi faceted creative life rendering of said self/soul/brain in real life.
As the unique artist of my brain and life, I've worked hard for years combining the elements and energies / branding/cultivating intellectualism/incorporating all kinds of coloring.
Creating the personal image/emotions and outlooks from pure personal experience and scratch down to the jewelry/natural suntan and jaded outlooks.
I believe by registering this creative life, brain, soul and self in a timely fashion, I can be assured the opportunity of a lifetime, the ability to sue any individual that I feel is infringing on my sense of self, thinking or soul.
Or just plain using me. Its that simple really ;-)

Quite the mesmerizing mix of sentences / sentiments and conclusions on this copyright infringement & false association claims piece. Litigation these days can sometimes read like hardcore art for the intellectually inclined.

I never really knew just how versatile and both ways, the copyright act could swing, depending on the angle needed. I guess it’s all about protection in life. And it’s never too late!

Which brings me to my next question, if I register my copyrighted soul or brain as an in depth, abstract, creative rendering, can I sue anyone that uses my soul or brain, (creative works I’ve been working on for years), for their own good and profits ?

What kind of specimen would I need to register my brain and or soul at the copyright office?
If I registered my body would everything be included ?

Jaded, are you the creator of the unique self? And is that creation truly... reduced to "tangible" form? I hardly think so! -- RDC
