My friend and colleague David Marc Nieporent is guest blogging this week at Overlawyered. Maybe this will shame him into resuming regular blogging (or maybe, a close second, he’ll be a regular at OL). In other contexts I have seen him demonstrate that he is not only a first-rate legal mind but a world-class Internet polemicist and, incidentally, a smashing limbo dancer.
