In light of this post about dumb cease and desist threats, and more specifically about how to analyze fuzzy, phony or fallacious threats, I couldn’t but resist posting Cease and Desist — Or Not – exhibits to the Complaint, in fact — from the Australian Gold case.
Years of dumb litigation followed.
