How to contact me. How to retain me. And why.
Do you want to discuss a legal issue with me or retain my services? This page provides more background about my professional qualifications and, below, contact information.
I am a commercial litigation and intellectual property partner at the law firm of Archer & Greiner, PC. The firm overview is here, and you can learn about our extensive and complete intellectual property department here.
The quick take on my credentials: I was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in 1989 after graduating from Northwestern University School of Law. I received a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics (and certificate in political economy) from Princeton University. I am alumnus of several major law firms, and have broad experience in copyright and trademark law, commercial litigation — including trials, arbitrations and mediations — and general business and Internet-related law.
Go to Avvo.com for a very comprehensive and up to date description of my credentials and experience. Extensive client reviews can be found at my LinkedIn profile. You can also see a representative sample of my written work, and even some trial transcipts, at the JD Supra website, and see my peer-review rating at Martindale-Hubbell.
With the understanding that you are NOT a client of our firm unless and until we enter into a retainer agreement — and that for this reason you should not, among other things, transmit any confidential information or any communication you would only share with your lawyer — you may contact me if you would like to correspond regarding any aspect of our practice, including possibly representing you.
To contact me, please email me (click here) or, if you must, phone me at 212-292-4998 or, for Hackensack, 201-342-6000.
I’m looking forward to speaking with you!
