I was going to do a post collecting all the briefs filed in the United States Supreme Court in Lee v. Tam (“THE SLANTS”), but thanks to a nice blog post about the case by Ronald K.L. Collins at Concurring Opinions, I see the ABA is already doing that. So this is the ABA’s link to all the Lee v. Tam briefing, which as of this moment has not yet been updated to reflect today’s filings in support of the petitioner. I am sure it will be refreshed soon.
The brief of the Cato Institute, however (below), certainly deserves its own blog post — if only because of its title, regarding which no more be said.
