In other words, in most cases, the only thing worse than defamation is poorly-lawyered defamation action.
Internet defamation is a topic that just keeps growing, not surprisingly, and it’s gotten so unwieldy that I can’t even pretend to keep tabs on it at LIKELIHOOD OF CONFUSION®.
The good news is that today, via Kevin O’Keefe‘s LinkedIn group for attorney bloggers, I got a quick look at Aaron Morris‘s Internet Defamation Blog, and I liked what I saw. Put it alongside Adrianos Facchetti’s California Defamation Law Blog.
