At least I hope so. Here are two briefs I filed on behalf of four fireworks companies in New York that have been put out of business under the rubric of the ‘rona, but more likely because they didn’t play ball in Albany. The moving brief is first, of course —

The filing got some coverage. We’re waiting for a ruling (or the scheduling of a hearing).
