Bill Heinze reports that the environment for IP enforcement is improving in China. That’s news. It’s basically considered a no-man’s land now.
I’ll be more impressed when there’s progress in Russia, however, where it seems to be utterly hopeless. But that’s a society that’s essentially heading backwards by almost every measure. Hard to imagine that IP enforcement is going to become a priority there.
