The silly Accomplia sabre-rattling is over. Per the EFF, Sanofi-Aventis backed down: “Under terms of Tuesday’s settlement, AcompliaReport.com keeps its domain name, as long as there is a disclaimer stating that the website is not associated with Sanofi-Aventis.”
