You are correct in your comedy assessment. ???. Plus, as you said, the parody is using an actual logo, not a caricature.
If the parody is not recognizable as a parody — and the second tweet embedded in this post suggests that it is not — then it may be a problem, though I can’t say it would be trademark infringement, as such.
