John Welch has published part one of his annual roundup of “top” ten TTAB decisions of the previous year, which in this case, of course, is 2013.
What is “top”? The “most important and/or interesting.” The first installment considers applications for 3 PALMS; “the color black applied to packaging for flowers” (classy!); the marks (or purported marks) PETZILLA and DOGZILLA ; TREASURYNET, and RSTUDIO as against ER/STUDIO.
