I try to post just about every day, but thank God we’ve had a whirlwind of heavy-deadline litigation work the last couple of weeks — much of it implicating issues we’ve blogged on in the last month or so. Personally I love to blog, but I like practicing law too (and it’s better exercise than blogging, thought that’s saying very little); most importantly, though, the clients come first.
