Attorney Edward Alper sent me this item, combining Likelihood of Confusion’s trademark theme with my own interests in Jewish life (and food). It writes itself, this item does:
After settling a trademark infringement suit with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, a new Web site honoring Jewish rockers with a “Shul of Rock” and “Challah Fame” is open for business.
UPDATE: This is the site. I’d rather link you here or here, which is a little more my cup of tea (and they’re both my clients). But, we go where the story is. Just don’t bring these guys home to mother.
URL for the second “here” needs correction.
Thanks. I fixed it, though it was a quirky kind of error — MT didn’t show the URL that you would see on the blog. But now it works.
