Well, good for the courts. Obscenity and indecency are in the eye of the beholder, and not something the government, in a free country, ought to be attempting to legislate. (I know you disagree with me on this libertarian concept.)
That’s okay if you want to have a libertarian government, but we don’t. If they want to say that the Constitution does not permit regulation of obscenity, that will have to come from the top. It hasn’t yet.
