Sometimes, however, the system kicks one up and all of a sudden we have the opportunity to combine today’s exciting political and historical news with the most arcane developments in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board practice!

And when those moments happen, we are thankful indeed that there’s the The TTABlog with the story about how a bizarre trademark registration appeal claims that the TTAB (obviously part of the worldwide conspiracy) has destroyed devastating Al Qaeda-related evidence!

We’re always looking for that trademark / world events link!
